For those in the wedding party, we will try to do our rehearsal prior to the welcome party. We can’t schedule it until we arrive so when we do we will shoot for right before the welcome part. Hopefully we will only need 30 min so the window now is 4-5pm

The location of the welcome party will be announced after arrival

Shoes are optional as we will be on sand but you can bring them because reception is inside.
5:00 pm
Reception will be held in the conference hall on the resort. Feel free to walk around the resort to see where it is prior to the wedding but you will be escorted from the beach down to the conference room after the ceremony. The cocktails will be held right outside the reception.
