We welcome you to check out the variety of major hotels (such as Embassy Suites & Aloft close to Hotel Ballast), boutique hotels walking distance to our reception venue (such as Arrive, Stemmerman's Inn or Front Street Inn), bed & breakfasts, airbnb's, and vrbo's in the area! Bridal party & close friends will be staying at the The Cove Riverwalk Villas. Transportation to the Church & Reception will be picking up at Hotel Ballast.

Airport Shuttle: If you are flying in to Wilmington International Airport (ILM) for the wedding, you may call the Hotel (910) 763-5900 and the Hotel Ballast van will pick you up outside of Baggage Claim. The hours of operation for the hotel shuttle are 6:00am to 11:00pm daily. **If you are staying at Ballast & plan to come a day early or stay a day late and are having trouble checking out the additional night, you call the hotel directly Monday-Thursday between 9am and 2pm (910) 763-5900 and ask for Pam in Reservations. She will check availability of the additional night at the discounted rate. **
