Jorge Chávez International Airport (LIM)

Jorge Chávez International Airport (LIM) is in the main international airport serving Lima, about 20-30 minutes from the district of Miraflores - where the hotel is located. Most major U.S. cities fly direct to Lima. We recommend a direct flight to avoid layovers and delays. For the best prices we recommend booking your flights 4-6 months out. Look out for special deals during holidays. The bride and groom with be leaving from New York (JFK) on LATAM Airlines (a South American Airline associated with Delta) on Saturday February 7th (Flight #LA2469). Once your flight is booked, please let our travel coordinator (Veronica) know the details of your flight and she is helping us coordinate travel from the airport to the hotel. Hotel Pullman

The Bride and Groom are staying at the Hotel Pullman in Lima, Miraflores the week of the wedding. We invite all guests travelling from abroad to join us at the Hotel Pullman, as it will make coordinating transportation to and from wedding events easier. The Hotel Pullman is a luxury boutique hotel in the heart of Miraflores, two blocks away from Larcomar (an outdoor mall built into the cliffside) and the coast. Bring your swimsuits to enjoy the gorgeous rooftop pool! The below room rates are effective from February 12th - February 16th. - Deluxe Room (King or Double): US$150.00 per night. - Check-in time is at 3 pm; Check-out time is at noon. - Included buffet breakfast served in the hotel restaurant. - High-speed Wi-Fi in rooms and public areas. Reservations require a $50 USD non-refundable deposit per person, as well as complete contact information of each person (including passport numbers). The Deadline to reserve a room in the hotel block is December 12, 2025. Full payment (wire or zelle, or credit card with a fee) is also due at that time.

Join us in Machu Picchu!

We invite all of our guests to join us after the wedding for a week-long adventure to Machu Picchu! You can view the itinerary and pricing by clicking the "View" button. Please note the trip is completely customizable and you and your family are free to join or opt out of any of the activities we have scheduled. We will also be surprising our guests with additional fun activities along the way (hint: there will be llamas). We plan on departing Lima on February 16, 2026 for the historic city of Cusco. The flight from Lima to Cusco is about an hour and a half. We would like everyone on the same flight from Lima to Cusco on 2/16 - Latam Flight #LA2021 at 11:30 a.m. We will explore Cusco February 16th and 17th and (hopefully) seamlessly adjust to the difference in altitude. On February 18th we will tour Moray and Maras and then take a beautiful train ride to Aguas Calientes. On February 19th, we will hike to Machu Picchu in the morning and receive a guided tour. The hike is doable for all that are mobile, but if you have any mobility concerns, please let our travel coordinator know ahead of time. On February 20th, we will travel back to Cusco and relax until we leave back home for the U.S. the next day (February 21st). She will need a $250 deposit per person to secure your spot(s), as well as copies of everyone's passports. She can also accommodate both English and Spanish speakers. Please secure your spot by December 1st! Please note access tickets to Machu Picchu are limited, so the deadline to confirm your booking is December 15, 2025, when the final payment is due. After that, tickets are subject to availability.
