Please RSVP to our wedding and wedding events you are invited to on our website by December 15, 2025. BUT if you are joining us after the wedding to Machu Picchu, we ask that you RSVP and place a $250 deposit by December 1, 2025, so that your tickets to enter the historical site can be secured, as they are limited.
If your invitation includes an option for a plus one, then yes! We look forward to celebrating with you and your guest.
We have decided on an adults-only reception, except for those specifically invited. We appreciate you making arrangements to leave your little ones at home.
The dress code is formal, so come dressed to impress! Bright colors are also encouraged! For men, we suggest a suit or tuxedo. For women, we suggest floor length gowns or an elegant cocktail dress. Our venue is outdoors, so please avoid shoes with thin heels.
Although we can’t predict the exact weather, it will be summer in Peru! Temperatures in Lima in February are typically around 80 degrees during the day and 70 degrees at night. If you are joining us in Machu Picchu, the weather there will be slightly cooler - 70 degrees during the day and 50 degrees at night, with a higher chance of rain fall. We recommend layers for the daytime, sneakers/hiking boots for Machu Pichu, and a light jacket for the nights. It can rain at any time, so we also suggest bringing umbrellas.
For those staying at the Pullman Hotel, transportation to all wedding events will be provided. Further details will be provided at the hotel. For those driving to the venue the day of the wedding, plenty of parking will be available.
Drinks are on us, but the hangovers are on you!
Yes! Passports for adults are valid for 10 years, so if you haven't used yours recently we encourage you to check the expiration date! If you don't have one or yours is expired, you should allow for plenty of time to apply for one, especially with processing delays due to staffing shortages. You can learn more here: https://travel.state.gov/content/travel/en/passports/how-apply.html.
Yes! We want to maximize time with our guests travelling to Peru, so plan on being in Lima, at a minimum, from February 12 - 15, 2026 if you can. If you can't make all wedding related events, we understand! Just don't forget to RSVP "no" to events you won't be attending. Check out the "Schedule of Events" tab for more details.
You can contact Katelin & Jeff at beqiris2026@gmail.com with any questions or travel guidance!
Yes! For general questions and tips you can reach out to Katelin & Jeff, but for full service assistance you can contact our wedding travel coordinator Veronica Fernandez by email at info@magicalcuzcotours.com or by phone at 703-822-5311. She can accommodate both English and Spanish speakers. Veronica will be able to answer any questions, book your travel with us to Machu Picchu, help you plan a custom vacation (including other destinations before/after the wedding), and ensure you arrive in Lima on time! She can also suggest additional things to do in and around Lima.
Although most places accept U.S. Dollars, the official currency in Peru is the Peruvian sol. Currently 1 US Dollar equals about 3.69 Peruvian sols. Getting around Peru is easy using just credit or debit cards and U.S Dollars (most stores will do a quick exchange rate for you), but if you would like to carry sols, we recommend exchanging your US Dollars at a bank or using an ATM affiliated with your bank at home.
Yes, Lima is safe! The Pullman Hotel is located in the district of Miraflores, which is one of the safest districts in Lima. Miraflores is full of locals and tourists alike and you are safe to walk the streets of the city and explore at any time. Just like any major city though, please exercise caution to avoid pick pocketing and petty thefts. In addition, please avoid unlicensed taxis. If you need a taxi for any reason, please coordinate directly with the concierge at the hotel ahead of time or use Uber Black (both are relatively inexpensive).
We recommend booking your flights at least 4-6 months before the wedding for the best prices. Please look out for specials and discounts during holidays.
Yes! Most cell phone providers offer international plans for a fee and/or free international services under a travel pass. We recommend contacting your phone provider prior to the trip. If you'd like to stay off the grid during the wedding, the Pullman Hotel does provide free wifi and you can use your phone while connected to the hotel's wifi. We recommend downloading the WhatsApp application, as this is the preferred (and cheapest) way to contact the Bride and Groom (and others) in Peru. Additionally, WhatsApp will be our travel coordinator's preferred mode of contact with guests during the wedding week and, if you chose to join us, in Machu Picchu.
We would like all of our guests on the same flight to Cusco. Please purchase the LATAM flight leaving February 16th at 11:30 a.m. (Flight #LA2021).
