Our recommendations for those visiting from out of state is to fly into PDX and renting a car to drive out to venue (~hour drive).
We have some hotels that are recommended by the venue and where the shuttle stops at for pick up and drop off. However, the cheapest option would be to room together with several people and get a vacation rental.
We’ve partner with All Seasons Property Management to get you a discount, but you may find something better on Airbnb, VRBO or one of the other rental sites.
Lastly, this is a popular time of year so we would advise everyone to book early (as early as possible but certainly at least 2-3 months ahead).
*****Should everything be booked (also note that most places have a 2 nights minimum) in the city of Government Camp, the next closet city (about 15 minutes drive away) will be Welches, OR or Rhododendron, OR. They will have hotels, cabins and airbnbs. One other option is to go to Hood River which is a larger city about 40 minutes away.*****

Portland International Airport
The best way to get to the venue is to fly into Portland International Airport (PDX) and drive to Mt. Hood Ski Bowl, which is about a 75 minutes directly from the airport; there are no direct flights into the venue and PDX will be the closest option.
