3:30 PM - Shuttle starts pickup loop from 4 sites to venue: Best Western, Collins Lake Resort, Grand Lodges, Skibowl West. If you are driving in for the day, please go directly to Ski Bowl West entrance.
3:50 PM - Shuttle or lift takes guest to ceremony site (Please note you cannot drive directly to the ceremony site. You must take either the shuttle or ski lift from the parking lot/reception area. The shuttle only runs ONCE to the ceremony at 4 pm. Anyone who misses the shuttle will have to take the ski lift up to the ceremony site).
4:30 PM - latest time of arrival to take ski lift and make it to ceremony on time
4 - 5 PM - Pre-ceremony cocktail hour (cash only bar)
5 - 5:30 PM - Ceremony
5:45 - 6:00 PM - Guests arrive at reception tent
6 PM - 6:45 PM - Post-ceremony cocktail hour (open bar at 6-9 PM)
6:30 PM - Grand entrance of wedding party at reception
6:45 PM - Dinner
7:30 PM - Toasts & speeches
7:45 PM - Cake cutting
8:30 PM - Dance party!
11:30 PM - The End
