Please RSVP by February 16, 2026! Once you submit your "Yes" RSVP, please complete the payment for your room either via Zelle or Venmo so we will have an accurate list to give the venue. We can't wait to have you all there with us for our special day! Venmo and Zelle Information can be found in the FAQ section titled "How Do We Pay For Our Rooms at the Castle" as well as on the Travel page. We look forward to celebrating with everyone! If you know that you cannot attend our wedding please RSVP "NO" as early as possible. On the other hand, if you know you can make it please RSVP asap so we have more time to perfect all of the details.

As previously stated, we went ahead and booked every room in the castle to ensure we would have it to ourselves! Please pay for your room through Zelle, using this phone number: 650-867-7722, or Venmo, using account Jeff-Flaherty. We then will assign everyone their rooms when we have the final headcount. Please reach out if you have any questions or are having any issues.
We would like guests to check in on Tuesday October 6, 2026. That night we will host the official welcome dinner and party. We hope everyone can be in attendance for this wonderful night.
This will be an adults only event. We love your little ones, but kindly request that you make arrangements ahead of time to keep them safe and taken care of during the wedding.
The ceremony will begin at 4:30pm (16:30) on Wednesday October 7, 2026. Please plan to arrive 30 minutes before the ceremony start time so that everything runs smoothly. Our hope is that everyone will stay on property with us, so getting to the ceremony should be a breeze.
Our wedding will be Black Tie Optional. Gentlemen should be dressed in either a tuxedo or dark suit. Ladies please opt for a floor length dress. Avoid colors such as white, ivory, cream, beige, as well as sky blue as that will be the color of the bridal party’s dresses. We can’t wait to see everyone all dressed up!
