This complex comprises 6 interconnected resorts, emphasizing Mexican culture. The resort complex includes Barcelo: - Maya - Beach - Colonial - Tropical - Palace - and Riviera adults-only (AO) [unavailable- booked out for the season] Each resort has unique features, ranging from budget-friendly options to high-end luxury. Here's the tier system that determines access to other parts of the complex: - Tier 1: Includes Barcelo Maya Caribe, Beach, Colonial, and Tropical. More economic option. Guests in these resorts can access restaurants, beaches and pools within their tier but not Barcelo Maya Palace or AO. - Tier 2: Barcelo Maya Palace, with access to all Tier 1 resorts but not to AO. - Tier 3: Barcelo Maya Riviera AO, the adults-only resort, which allows access to all other resorts in the complex. When choosing a resort, consider your preferences, whether it's a family-friendly setting, a romantic getaway, or an upscale adults-only escape. Remember, depending on your airline or vacation package, your booking could be moved to an equivalent or higher-tier resort if your first choice is fully booked. Enjoy your stay!

For those staying at the resort, we are still arranging shuttle options for large groups that would go from Cancun Airport to the Barcelo Maya Grand Resort. Please keep checking the website for updates as we get closer to the dates.

If you're not staying at the Barcelo Maya Riviera Complex, where our wedding events will take place, we understand. All-inclusive hotels can be a bit expensive or overwhelming. So we've found some popular Airbnb options nearby, offering flexibility and affordability. Feel free to find more options closer to the hotel! Please note that if you're staying offsite, there is a day pass fee to enter the Barcelo Maya Riviera complex for the wedding events. This fee includes access to the hotel's amenities, restaurants, and beaches for the day. Unfortunately, we can't cover this fee, and you'll need to arrange your own transportation to and from the hotel. We hope this helps you plan your stay, and we can't wait to see you at our wedding!
