We kindly request that you RSVP by April 3, 2027.
To RSVP, simply click on the RSVP tab above at any time and enter your name. When you log in, you'll see all invited guests in your party, allowing you to easily mark each person as "attending" or "declining".
If you miss our RSVP deadline, you'll unfortunately be marked as "not attending" the wedding. While we truly hope to celebrate with you, we must provide our vendors with a precise guest count, and we cannot accommodate late RSVPs. We encourage you to respond by the deadline to ensure your place at our special day.
We understand that plans can change. If you and/or your guest are unable to attend, simply reach out to the bride or groom as soon as possible to update your RSVP. While you'll be missed, we appreciate your prompt communication.
If "and guest" or your plus-one's name is included on your RSVP page, you are welcome to bring a guest. We look forward to celebrating with you on May 15, 2027!
Please check back for details about reserved hotel room blocks for guests. If you would like to find your own accommodation, feel free to check out our Travel Page for hotels and Airbnb in the area.
We are arranging convenient transportation options to ensure everyone arrives safely and comfortably. More information will be provided once a room block is solidified. While there is ample parking at the venue, if you plan to enjoy drinks throughout the night or prefer not to drive, we recommend utilizing the shuttle. It may be difficult to secure Uber or Lyft rides from the venue back to your hotel at the end of the night. When you RSVP, please indicate your preferred transportation method so we can finalize the arrangements.
We recommend arriving at the venue by 3:30 PM. If you're using our arranged transportation, you'll be shuttled to the ceremony location right on time. For those driving or carpooling, please plan to arrive no later than 3:30 PM to ensure a smooth and stress-free arrival before the ceremony begins.
Our wedding calls for garden party attire - think comfortable yet polished. Since our ceremony is outdoors, we suggest opting for shoes that can handle grassy terrain, steering clear of stilettos and high heels.
The ceremony, cocktail hour, and reception will all be held at 6531 Louisa Road, Keswick, VA. The venue is not explicitly wheelchair accessible - all events will take place outdoors on grassy terrain.
Our wedding will be an outdoor celebration, with tents set up for the reception. In the event of inclement weather, we have a backup plan to ensure a seamless and joyful day.

We are having an unplugged ceremony, meaning that once the ceremony begins we ask that all phones be put away and silenced. Our photographer will capture this moment for us and we promise to share our photos as soon as we receive them.

We recommend packing light layers to ensure you remain comfortable throughout the day. While spring showers are possible, our reception venue will feature outdoor tents to keep guests sheltered.
