Flying to Palm Springs

. If you're flying in, your best bet is to look for flights to Palm Springs (PSP). The Palm Springs Airport is located right in the middle of everything and less than 10 minutes to the main hotel. If you can't find a flight to PS that works, Ontario (ONT) is a 1 hour drive to Palm Springs and Los Angeles (LAX) is 2+ hours.* While these flights are often more economical, it does require a car to make the journey out to Palm Springs. *If you aren't familiar with LA traffic, you may want to avoid this option!

We've blocked a large number of rooms at this hotel, so this is where most guests will stay. It's the kind of bright, colorful, and fun getaway that you'll only find in Palm Springs! Enjoy the pool, hammocks, fire pits, palm trees and lawn games. This is walking distance from the Welcome Drinks, the Shuttle to the ceremony, and the Farewell Brunch. Our room block rates start at $169/nt for Friday & Saturday, and $99/nt for Weds/Thurs/Sun/Mon. Pool views will be of the spectacular rainbow colored interior of the hotel and face all the fun of the brightly colored pool area. . There are plenty of Rental Car options that can be found at the Palm Springs Airport! We recommend booking in advance to get a great rate. Ubers are also readily available and can get you to most places in town if you don't feel like renting your own wheels.

Shuttle

Wedding Shuttle

Free shuttles to and from the ceremony site are provided. Shuttles leave from The Saguaro Hotel promptly at 3pm and will depart as soon as the reception ends at 10pm. There is free parking at the venue site, and Ubers are available, but the drive is about 45 minutes each way through some pretty curvey mountains, so we don't recommend making the journey on your own.

Villa Royale

Capturing the modern style of Palm Springs and the essence of a desert casita, Villa Royale is one of our favs. It's a bit pricier than The Saguaro and space is limited so we don't have a block here, but it's walking distance to The Saguaro, the welcome drinks, and the bagels on Sunday morning.

Kimpton Rowan

The Kimpton Rowan is right in the middle of town and the epitome of luxury. It's centrally located but not as close to The Saguaro and Colt’s Lodge where most of the weekend events will take place. It's on the higher end of the budget so we don't have a block here. But by all means, feel free to make this spot your home for the weekend!

Airbnb's are also a great option if you're traveling with a crew! This option is best for groups staying together for a week or more, and can range from affordable to crazy shmancy. We recommend sticking to Palm Springs proper (not to be confused with Palm Desert, Desert Hot Springs, Rancho Mirage etc).
