Whether you’ve traveled from near or far, stop in for a glass of wine or some seltzer to help us kick off the weekend! *UPDATE* There will be Ice Cream Sundaes!! Save room for dessert because we'll be having Ben & Jerry's Ice Cream Sundae Bar!

Shuttle Departure

**Shuttles will leave promptly at 2:30pm** Everyone will meet at the Saguaro Hotel for the shuttle that will take us all to the ceremony site! While there is parking at the venue if you don't want to take the shuttle, the venue is about 45 minutes away from the hotels and the roads are quite dark so we don't recommend driving. Ubers are also available but they can get quite pricey for such a long drive. The shuttle will be completely free, comfortable, air-conditioned, and get you to-and-from the event worry-free.
Ceremony and Reception
4:00 pm - 10:00 pm

Attire: Desert Chic Cocktail Attire. Wear something that makes you feel amazing! Think whites, brights, florals, suits in lighter hues, fun hats and fascinators (Jay had to google what a fascinator is). Anything from dressy jumpsuits, jackets and slacks to cocktail dresses and suits. We just want you to feel great*.
We'll be outdoors for most of the night, with some time inside as well. The desert can get a bit chilly at night so bring something cozy to wrap yourself up in. There will be heaters and blankets in case you get the shivers, but we highly recommend dancing to get your temperature up! *A note about footwear: Your dancing shoes may get a little dusty and sandy during the ceremony - and some of the landscape isn't ideal for skinny heels - but don't let that stop you from doing you!
Shuttle Back to Palm Springs
9:45 pm
The return shuttles will leave Tumbleweed Sanctuary at 9:45pm and arrive back at The Saguaro hotel around 10:45pm. We'll provide you with some goodies to get you through the ride, and we're pretty sure you'll barely even remember it ;) **The shuttle will continue on to the Karaoke After Party, leaving precisely at 11:30pm.**

Swing by on your way out of town (or to your next stop if you're making a trip of it) and grab a bagel and a hug from us! We plan on hanging by the pool all day and we welcome you to join us for a dip!
