We recommend renting a car during your visit. Car rentals are available at all nearby airports, and this is the most convenient option for traveling in and around the Central Valley. Please note that Modesto/Turlock is a considerable (and often expensive) rideshare trip from any of the airports. Since things in this area are spread out and public transit is very limited, having your own car will make your trip much easier. If possible, consider coordinating with other guests to carpool or share a rental, it can be a great way to save costs and enjoy the drive together!
