Tequila is well worth the 45min drive to experience one of Mexico's "pueblos mágicos". For anyone coming into town early, we are organizing a trip to Tequila on Friday. We are looking into arranging transportation for our out of town guests. Let us know in advance if you'd be interested! Please meet in the Hyatt hotel lobby at 10:00 A.M. if you'd like to join! ***We have changed the Tequila trip to Friday to better accommodate flight availability.

We expect to arrive from Tequila around 4pm. We will take a brief walk to Los Otates (right behind the Hyatt) for dinner. Dinner is expected to end around 9pm and then we will head back to the Hyatt bar to hang out for the rest of the night.

We will be having an outdoor garden wedding- it can be chilly at night! Cocktail attire suggested.
There will be shuttles to and from the Hyatt in Plaza Andares (where the room block is) for all guests staying there. The average temperatures (day/night) are 83/53 degrees. Ceremony will begin at 5:00pm with reception to follow. The ceremony and reception are both at Hacienda la Magdalena in Zapopan which is about 30 minutes from the hotel. We are suggesting cocktail attire but it is very common in Mexican culture to wear more formal attire- we just want you there and dancing!

We will be having brunch from 10-12 for those who would like to join and have some time before you leave! This is on the first floor terrace of the hotel. We will be staying in Guadalajara until the next day (Monday) until our flight to Lake Tahoe at 8am.

If you are unable to make it to our wedding in Mexico, we will be having a small celebration in the Albany area in May. We will have more details on place and time as we get RSVPs back and know how many will be coming to Mexico or NY- stay tuned :). The tentative date is May 2nd.
