What time is Check-In and Check-out

• Check-In time is 3:00 PM • Check-out is 12:00 PM (noon) Please note that if you are arriving at the hotel well before check-in there is no guarantee that your room will be ready early. However the resort will hold your baggage and you will be free to enjoy the resort. For anybody arriving before 3:00 PM we highly recommend you pack an extra outfit and swimsuit in your carry on bag so that it is easily accessible!

“Beach Formal” Dress to impress, but also dress for the elements: sun, sand, water and wind. Similar to the resort’s restaurant dress code. Men – no shorts or flip-flops please

On your flight to Cancun, you will need to complete 2 documents provided by the flight attendants: #1: Visitors permit (Entry Immigration Form - Tourist Card) (1 per person) #2: Customs form (1 per family).
