The island has a ton of water activities! Jarad learned to surf down here and that is one of his favorite things to do on the island. The south and east coasts are best for surfing. If you are interested in surfing reach out to Jarad. He can hook you up with his buddy Paul who lives on the island and offers lessons and great surf trips. The island also has great snorkeling and scuba diving. If you want to go diving we recommend Eco-Dive Barbados. Andrew is the dive guide and is a former US Marine. The island also has a tropical rain forest in the interior with Monkeys and tons of wildlife. (Don't be surprised if you are driving down the street and a monkey runs in front of you.) There are some great hiking trails and Jarad and Paul's friend Jacob offers hiking tours. Once again if you are interested in this reach out to Jarad and he will get you in contact with Jacob.
We love Yoga mornings on the beach or at Castaways with Yoga Samudra. If anyone is interested, we can get a class together one morning. Just let Brittany know and we can get this organized!
