All guests must stay at this hotel, as complimentary transportation will be provided to and from the ceremony and reception. This service is fully covered by us so everyone can relax and celebrate stress free. If booking by phone, dial 2 for reservations and mention our last names “Figueroa/Baker” so they can locate the room block. We are so excited to celebrate with you. Flight
✈️ Flying In There are three airport options depending on your travel plans: John F. Kennedy International Airport (JFK) If you cannot find a flight into MacArthur, JFK is typically the best alternative. JFK connects directly to Long Island by train. Please see the Train section below for step by step instructions. LaGuardia Airport (LGA) LaGuardia is another option when flying into New York. We recommend taking an Uber or taxi from this airport, as public transportation to Long Island from LaGuardia can be complicated and time consuming. Long Island MacArthur Airport (ISP) This is the closest airport to our venues and hotel and the most convenient option once you land, approximately 10 to 15 minutes away. Direct flights into MacArthur can be limited depending on where you are traveling from, but if available, this is the easiest choice.
Train
🚆 Taking the Train Long Island is very train accessible and this is often the easiest option if you are flying into JFK or traveling from Manhattan. We recommend downloading the TrainTime app from the App Store. It provides real time schedules, track information, and transfer guidance for the Long Island Rail Road; this is also where you'll purchase tickets. The train stop closest to our hotel is Central Islip. If You’re Flying into JFK: 1. After landing, follow signs for the AirTrain 2. Take the AirTrain to Jamaica Station 3. At Jamaica, follow signs for the Long Island Rail Road 4. Board a train on the Ronkonkoma Line toward Ronkonkoma 5. Ride approximately 50 minutes, about 6 stops, to Central Islip 6. From Central Islip, the hotel is less than a 5 minute Uber ride Our hotel is the Hyatt Regency Long Island. This is a very straightforward route and the TrainTime app will guide you step by step.
