Do you have any recommendations for where to stay for out of town guests?

Answer

We recommend staying in the Surrey area as that is where two of our events are taking place. Here are some hotels you can check out nearby: Sandman Suites Surrey- Guildford Sheraton Vancouver Guildford Hotel Ocean Promenade Hotel (A little further in White Rock but close to the ocean!) Holiday Inn Express & Suites Surrey by IHG Four Points by Sheraton Surrey There are also many great hotel and Airbnb options in surrounding areas such as Vancouver, Burnaby, White Rock, and Langley if you’d prefer to stay outside of Surrey.

Yes kids are welcome to attend all events!

Can we use our phones to take photos during the ceremonies?

Answer

We ask that you keep phones away during our ceremony. We have hired an excellent photography team and trust in them to capture the moments without phones in sight!

Is parking available at each venue?

Yes, there is ample parking at each venue!

Should I arrive early to ceremonies?

Answer

Yea please plan to arrive early! Delays can result in potential exclusions. Please note Surrey and Vancouver are very busy cities with lots of construction and unexpected delays. Please plan to arrive around 30 minutes early to each event to avoid any mishaps and lateness.

Is there a dress code?

We have created some inspiration boards for each event. We ask that you do not wear white at the western/white wedding.

What airport should I fly into?

Answer

Surrey is conveniently located between two airports. Guests can fly into Vancouver International Airport (YVR) or Abbotsford International Airport (YXX).

Answer
