The following is a breakdown of our wedding weekend events! We are so excited to see you there. Please ensure you arrive to each event in a timely manner, being late may result in missing ceremonies.

Friday, August 7, 2026

The Dress “I Do”

11:00 am - 2:00 pm

Our white wedding ceremony will take place in the beautiful garden of the Stanley Park Pavilion. With the heritage building as our backdrop, we’ll exchange vows and celebrate the moment surrounded by family, friends, and the quiet charm of the gardens.

Event Schedule 11:00am: Guests arrive at Stanley Park Pavilion 11:30am: Ceremony begins 12:30pm: Join us in the Tea Room for Cocktail Hour Formal Attire. Suits and gowns are welcome, as are summer suits, sport coats, cocktail dresses, and elegant sundresses. Pastel and neutral colours are encouraged. Please refrain from wearing white. The Desi “I Do”

Our Indian wedding ceremony begins with the Saat Phere, one of the most meaningful Indian wedding rituals. As we walk seven circles around the sacred fire, we make seven promises to each other: commitments of love, friendship, and a shared future.

Event Schedule 5:00pm: Guests arrive at Westfield Country Club 6:00pm: Baraat arrival and Milni ceremony 6:30pm: Saat Phere 8:00pm: Dinner and celebration in the ballroom Indian Attire is Preferred: Lehengas, sarees, anarkalis, shararas, and kurta-pyjama or sherwani styles are all welcome. Guests are encouraged to wear festive Indian attire in jewel tones. We have provided some colour and outfit suggestions on our Outfit Inspo tab.

Both formal and Indian formal attire are welcome. Guests are encouraged to wear darker, evening-appropriate colours. We’ve provided outfit inspiration in our Outfit Inspo tab.

Join us at Reflections Banquet Hall for an evening that blends two cultures, two families, and one joyful celebration. The night will be filled with music, dancing, heartfelt speeches, and special moments like our grand entrance, first dance, and cake-cutting. Surrounded by the warmth of both Indian and Western traditions, we’ll enjoy delicious food, drinks, and desserts as we celebrate with the people who mean the most to us. We are thrilled to share this special evening with you all as we celebrate the beginning of our life together.
