Welcome dinner

5:00 pm - 8:00 pm

Casual attire. Please note there is grass to walk on. Please bring a jacket. It gets cold at night.

Everyone is invited to join us for dinner and drinks outdoors on the shores of Lake Merritt in downtown Oakland. *We will have tacos from 6-7:30pm, a bar with beer, wine, and margaritas, a few words from friends and family, and dessert.* Parking is very limited at the venue and will be reserved for people with mobility needs. Please let us know if you need a parking space. The location is very accessible by public transit and walking distance from the Oakland hotel options. Use Google Maps!

Ceremony and Reception

5:00 pm - 11:00 pm

Ceremony is at 5pm in the outdoor amphitheater behind the Community Hall. Please try to arrive at 4:45pm to get settled and find your seat. After the ceremony, we will have cocktail hour, dinner, and dancing, all of which will take place outdoors. There will be heat lamps, but it can get cold at night so remember to bring a jacket!
