Welcome Party

7:30 pm - 9:30 pm

This event is cocktail attire.

Kick off the wedding weekend with us over cocktails and light bites, as the sun sets over the water. Please call Resort Transportation at (843) 768-2900. We kindly ask that you do so 20 minutes prior to your desired departure. Please let the bell captain know how many people. Return transportation will also be provided at the end of the evening. You may board any shuttle and give the driver your address.

Ceremony & Reception

5:30 pm - 10:30 pm

Colorful Formal - suits and ties for the gents, colorful dresses, jumpsuits, or separates for the ladies. The more color the better! Please note that cocktail hour will be on pine straw. Block heels are highly recommended so you can sip, mingle, and stay on your feet!

Transportation Details Kiawah Island Resort + Sanctuary Guests - please use the complimentary on-demand shuttle service to Mingo Point . Call (843) 768-2900 by 4:30pm for a timely arrival to the ceremony. We will provide transportation for the following guests. Please see the departure times and locations below and be ready for pickup at least 5 minutes prior to the time listed. 4:35 pm - 4413 Sea Forest Drive 4:40 pm - 374 Low Oak Woods 4:45 pm - 280 Salt Meadow Cove 4:45 pm - 4546, 4548, 4573 Parkside 5:00 pm - 4582, 4597 Parkside Return transportation will be provided at the end of the evening. Resort guests can use the on-demand service for transportation throughout the evening.

Beach Send-Off

10:00 am - 1:00 pm

Please head to the right side of the Sanctuary. (If you’re coming from the parking lot, there’s a side entrance path on the right side that will take you to the beach). For those with a later flight or a little extra time, join us for a laid-back beach sendoff. We're talking Jersey Mike's subs (we had to bring a little Jersey down south with us), good company, and one last morning by the water. Dress comfortably, stop by for five minutes or two hours. No pressure, just good subs and ocean views!
