Getting to Sarasota

We recommend flying into the Sarasota Bradenton International Airport (SRQ) - it's a quick 10 minute drive to downtown and Ubers are easy to grab! The city of Sarasota also offers a trolley service to all downtown hotels for just $2 per person, you can learn more at scgov.net/breeze/touring Please note that you may see flights to Tampa (TPA) when searching Sarasota. While TPA is near Sarasota, it's about 1.5 hour drive in this peak season, so we wouldn't recommend this option unless you plan to rent a car and you're up for the haul.

Our "Home Base" for the weekend! We are BEYOND grateful to have secured a room block at our favorite hotel in Sarasota - we love it here and we know you will too! From rooftop pools to live artists painting in the lobby, and walkability to all the downtown restaurants - this spot is easily Sarasota's BEST. The hotel will host both Friday's Welcome Party and Saturday's After Party. We will also offer transportation to and from the wedding venue. The current block is set at $359 per night, plus a destination fee of $28. We have limited rooms available, if you’re hoping to book the block and do not see any rooms left please reach out to Jamie. Travel Note

Airbnbs & Other Hotels

There are a number of hotel options and limited Airbnb/VRBO in Downtown Sarasota (use "Five Points Roundabout" as a central point). Wherever you choose, we strongly recommend staying within Downtown Sarasota/South Rosemary District (reminder: use Five Points Roundabout as a central point) or St. Armands/Lido Key to easily get to and from events.
