Welcome Party at Art Ovation

It's the night before the big day! Please join us to kick off this special weekend with desserts & drinks. We recommend making a dinner reservation prior to the party at one of the many amazing restaurants nearby (check out our favorites in the "Exploring Sarasota" section!).

Ceremony & Reception at the Sarasota Yacht Club

4:45 pm - 10:30 pm

Attire | Formal, ceremony will be on grass

We can't wait to celebrate with you! We are grateful to host our ceremony and reception at the beautiful Sarasota Yacht Club, which is a quick 5-10 minute drive from our hotel, Art Ovation, and downtown Sarasota. Please plan to be seated by 4:45pm, the ceremony will begin promptly at 5. Transportation will be offered from Art Ovation to the Sarasota Yacht Club, the trolley will take 2 trips from Art Ovation beginning at 4pm. One note: There is only one road that goes onto the island where Sarasota Yacht Club is located, and it's often backed up during season, so please budget additional time if you are not planning to use the provided transportation from the hotel. Our wedding planner recommends doubling the estimated time on Google/Apple Maps, and we have found that to be accurate for us as well (sounds wild, I know!).

9:30 am - 11:30 am

Stop by our suite, room 725, to grab a coffee, pastry, and fruit and give a big send-off hug to the new Mr. and Mrs. Morgan! We'll be hanging out in our comfies, so please feel free to do the same!
