It is 10 mins from Kingsmill. During May/June they do have a food and wine festival. This park features awesome roller coasters with a European twist. It is $40 to park a car, so if you are interested in going I'd carpool or uber over. Please be careful of third party sites that are actually scams.
About 10 minutes from Kingsmill Resort. It is a water park and seems like a lot of fun. I have never been, but I am putting it as a recommendation in case anyone wants to go.
It is 15 mins from Kingsmill. Colonial Williamsburg is free to walk through with drum marches, carriage rides, and paid interactive demonstrations. Next to Colonial Williamsburg, there is the Merchant Square. It features shops and small bistros. Williamsburg Winery has a tasting room there as well, but you might want to make a reservation
It is with Colonial Williamsburg, but it is a little north of Merchant Square. It is about 20 minutes from Kingsmill Resort. It is a pretty place to visit. I attached the website for people to view.
Yorktown is about 25 minutes from Kingsmill Resort. There are a couple of things to do nearby, like seeing the battlefields and going to the beach. Yorktown beach, the shops, and there's a good restaurant on the beach as well.
It is 20 mins from Kingsmill. These outlets have many of your favorite brands including Nike, Kate Spade and many others. Aleworks, a local brewery, has a sister location in the outlets.
About 20 minutes from Kingsmill Resort. There is nothing else nearby, but if you want to try some wine, it's there for you. They have the typical range of dry red to dry white. They have a few sweet wines, and I believe 1 dessert-style wine.
