The dress code is cocktail attire to formal. Please refrain from wearing flip-flops or shorts. I would advise against pointed heels because the ceremony will be on the grass, and you will sink. If you want to wear heels, please go with a wedge or something with a chunky heel. With respect to the bride, please do not wear white. If you plan to wear a sundress, please do not wear one with a white base. If your dress has white accents on it, that is fine.
Yes, if any guests need assistance getting to the ceremony/reception Kingsmill does have golf carts for easier travel. Please let Jamie know so we can plan accordingly.
We are doing plated food and need to know what you want. If you don't RSVP, we will count you as a NO and not have a plate for you at the reception. I will try to follow up with people who haven't. Please RSVP by May 1st
We will add it to the rsvp. If you have an allergy/dietary restriction, please mark it in the corresponding question. For those who are gluten-free, all sauces are made with arrowroot flour or cornstarch as a thickener. I have been assured by the chef and our event coordinator that they can accommodate every allergy.
Per Kingsmills' policy, you can not bring any outside food or alcohol. I have been assured that they can cater to every dietary restriction

Busch Gardens is mentioned under our things to do. They host a Food and Wine Festival every year from May to June. If you are staying at Kingsmill, they do offer discounts. All I ask is that you don't get too blasted before the ceremony. They host the festival from Thursday through Sunday.
If you are staying at Kingsmill Property, I believe you can rent golf carts to use. If you are staying off property, there will not be any transportation; you will need an Uber or a car. For those who drive to the ceremony, there will be parking at the main clubhouse.
