Guests will order their own food and drinks. The venue has typical bar food and pretty good pizza. Look for signs pointing you to the Carolina Room which we have reserved for our party. People staying at the beach resort will be able to walk to the venue. Parking is available immediately outside of the building for those not staying at the venue.

We will be leaving from the Jamaica Joe'z (Location 3). There is will be a running group and walking group - both at a vacation pace.
Pickleball - Courts #4,5,6

There are pickleball courts!! Come and play beginner-level pickleball at the on-sight courts. (Location 4 on the map). Please bring paddles if you have your own! Please note Stephanie and James will NOT be attending this event - they are introverts after all and will be resting at this time.

This will be informal. Suggested area between Admirals Row and Ocean Villas A Building at the beach (location: green box on beach).
Suggested Dinner: Nala’s Beach Restaurant
5:00 pm - 7:00 pm
For those not attending the rehearsal dinner, we recommend Nala’s Beach restaurant given that it is walking distance from the resort along a dedicated, safe walking path. (Location 5). There are other great restaurants on the island that require driving. We are not setting reservations so please plan accordingly

Sand Dunes Wedding Ceremony

Flip-flop Semi-formal
The wedding ceremony will take place on sand in the dunes at the Tennis and Beach Resort. Plan to arrive around 4pm. The ceremony will start right at 4:30pm. Stephanie and James will be in flip-flops for the ceremony. You can bring sandals, go barefoot, or wear shoes depending on your comfort level. Stephanie will be showing off her favorite toenail colors, consider joining!
Beachside Photos and Cocktail Hour
5:15 pm - 6:15 pm

After the wedding ceremony, we will walk to the beach to take photos and share beverages in the sand prior to walking over to the reception hall. The walk from the beach to the reception is approximately 500 yards. The bar at the reception will be open at 6pm and the buffet dinner will be ready by 6:30pm.
Reception Dinner & Karaoke Party

The reception will have an open bar (starting at 6pm) and dinner buffet (starting at 6:30pm) which will include a vegan and pescatarian entree. Guests with allergies or more specific dietary restrictions will have a meal prepared separately. The evening festivities will include dancing and live karaoke. You are kindly requested to prepare your best karaoke song.
