Reservation Procedure for Guests Rooms will be available for guests to reserve UNTIL 5:00PM ET on April 2, 2019 (45 days from the event) or until the contracted block is full, whichever comes sooner. Rooms may be reserved by dialing the specially assigned number, 1-866-697-5659 for your group. A deposit equal to one (1) night’s room charge will be required per reservation prior to arrival. The individual deposit is refundable until seven (7) days prior to the guest’s arrival date. Cancellations received within the seven (7) day period will result in forfeiture of deposit. Check-In/Check-Out Times Check-in time is 4:00 pm. Guests arriving before 4:00 pm will be accommodated as rooms become available. Check-out time is 11:00 am.

Other airports convenient to The Greenbrier include Roanoke, VA (ROA), Charleston, WV (CRW) and Beckley, WV (BKW) with services provided by major carriers. Transportation from these airports is available through the resort.

Daily train service is available via Amtrak's Cardinal Route from New York's Penn Station to Chicago's Union Station, with business class service from Washington, D.C. Traveling by train offers the most scenic mountain and countryside views and delivers you directly to The Greenbrier
