There is a schedule for the day of on the website, but please come no earlier than 3:40pm and no later than 4:10pm. 4 is the perfect time!
Yes! There will be a seating chart which makes it very important that every guest RSVPs so that you have a place to sit!
There will be breads and cheeses, along with some spicy grilled shrimp served during the cocktail hour, immediately following the ceremony. After the cocktail hour we will have some fancier style BBQ. There will be alcohol available along with some other beverages. Last but not least, James and I love sweets so there will be root beer floats, cookies, and cake! Please come hungry!! Please let us know ahead of time if you have a dietary restriction.
If specified on the invitation, then absolutely. If you're uncertain, please ask. We would love to have your whole family come but there's a very strict guest count policy at this venue, so it just might not be possible.
If the name was on the invitation or the invitation said "and guest" then absolutely! If not, please ask because unfortunately the venue has a very strict guest count policy and we will get a fine if we go over the allowed capacity.
Yes! Only if you bring bags to clean up after it though! There won't be anyone there to take over with the leash or be responsible of your dog if you want a break, and it'll be too hot to leave them in the car. But the venue does allow dogs if you need to bring them and can't stay all the way to the end of the reception.
If you are 21+ then the bartender will be happy to serve you beer or wine. But there will not be any hard alcohol served.
