Please specify who is coming with you in your RSVP. If we expected a guest to accompany you, there will be a spot for it.

Answer

Due to necessity rather than choice, it is children of immediate family only. Although we love your children, we regretfully cannot accommodate them at the venue due to restricted numbers.

Is smoking allowed at the facility?

Answer

No! Per the website. Extraordinary Ventures is a 100% Smoke-Free facility. Smoking is absolutely prohibited on the premises at any time. This includes all outside areas such as the parking lot and grounds in addition to inside the facility. To ensure the cooperation and comfort of The Client's attendees, The Client agrees to advise its attendees of the smoke free policy. If smoking on the property is witnessed by Extraordinary Ventures staff, police or additional clean-up of cigarettes or cigarette butts is reported by the Extraordinary Ventures contracted cleaning crew, a $200 fee will be deducted from The Client's Security Deposit total. In addition to smoking, fireworks, and any type of open flame is prohibited on Extraordinary Ventures property.

We are asking all guests and vendors who are attending our wedding to please be vaccinated before attending the wedding. We understand that this situation may make your attendance of our wedding impossible. This deeply saddens us because we love you and will miss you, but as much as we want to celebrate our marriage with you present, we want you and our most vulnerable loved ones to stay safe more.
