Disneyland Park

Crystal Cove

One of the largest beaches in the greater Laguna Beach area. The beach is backed by seemingly endless bluffs that give way to 2,400 acres of backcountry woodland. This section of the park features 15+ miles of hiking trails that afford beautiful views of the ocean.

Aliso and Wood Canyons Wilderness Park

A major regional park comprising 4,500 acres of rugged coastal canyons, open grassland, and riparian woodland. The park includes trails for hiking, mountain biking, and horseback riding; a greenbelt and bikeway along Aliso Creek; and various geological features such as caves, springs, and exposed marine fossil beds. Outstanding hiking trails for all levels of hikers.

Irvine Spectrum Center

One of OC’s most popular malls featuring tons of restaurants, shops, entertainment, a Ferris wheel, and a movie theater!

1000 Steps Beach

Perfect for beachgoers who crave seclusion! This beach takes some effort to reach (you have to walk down more than 200 steps to get there), but the scenery is worth the extra effort. This beach also features tide pools and sea caves that are accessible during low tide.

Capt Dave's Dolphin & Whale Watching Safari

Orange County is one of the best places to whale watch in California! If you visit in October, you may be able to see blue whales, which are the largest animals on earth.

Laguna Art Museum

307 Cliff Drive, Laguna Beach, CA 92651

California’s oldest museum is unique in that it only showcases California artists or pieces of art that depict the state and its history. This museum boasts a collection of 3,000 works from present day all the way back to the 19th century. There are also various restaurants, shops, other galleries, and Heisler Park just a short stroll away.

Top of the World

West Ridge, Laguna Beach, CA 92651

One of the most popular hikes in Laguna Beach. It’s a moderately challenging, 2.5-mile out and back trail located within the Aliso and Wood Canyon Wilderness Park. The total elevation is 1,207 feet, with an elevation gain of about 862 feet. The hike takes an average of 1.5 hours to complete. There is limited parking near the trailhead, and it is a dog- and family-friendly hike.

Aquarium of the Pacific

100 Aquarium Way, Long Beach, CA 90802

The largest aquarium in Southern California, home to over 11,000 animals across 500 different species. To visit, you will need a timed ticket or make an online reservation. The aquarium features exhibits such as sea otters, penguin habitats, a shark lagoon, jellyfish touch pools, and a Lorikeet forest.

Huntington Beach Pier

This iconic pier is one of the largest on the West Coast. Enjoy ocean views, a beach day, surfing, fishing off the pier, a boardwalk, restaurants, shops, bicycle rentals, and more.
