The dress code for our big day is cocktail attire. Please be aware that while the ceremony and cocktail hour will be inside, the reception will be outside under a covered tent. Fall weather in Ohio can be unpredictable. Please also be aware that the reception area is on grass so plan your footware accordingly.

The ceremony will end around 3:15 pm, but the cocktail hour will not begin until 4:00 pm. We encourage our guests to use this time to explore Granville. Check out the "Granville Guide" tab on our website for some recommendations. Guests staying at the Cherry Valley Hotel may wish to head to the hotel, check-in (beginning at 4 pm). Shuttles will be available from the Cherry Valley Hotel to the reception at 4:00 pm and 4:15 pm.
Sarah has had a dairy allergy her entire life and understands how difficult it is to find food options at formal events. In an effort to be inclusive toward our guests (and the bride!) we will accomodate all allergies, intolerances, and dietary preferences. Our dinner will be buffet style and include dairy-free, gluten-free, and vegetarian options. The salad, sides, and main courses will be clearly marked. We kindly request that guests who are vegan inform us when they RSVP as they will be provided a separate, plated entree.

Because Granville does not have Uber/Lyft or public transportation options, we are providing transportation between the Cherry Valley Hotel and the reception. The shuttle seats 25 people and departs at Cherry Valley Hotel at 4:00 pm and then again at 4:15 pm. Starting at 9:30 pm, the shuttle will begin return trips to Cherry Valley Hotel.
