Free Reception Shuttle

There will be a free shuttle between the reception and the Doubletree hotel (hotel block linked below) the evening of the wedding. If you choose to take advantage of the free shuttle, we recommend using the time between the wedding mass and cocktail hour to return to the hotel for shuttle pickup. Travel from the hotel to Mankin Mansion (cocktail hour/reception site): Shuttle service will begin at 4:45pm and will continue until all guests waiting for the shuttle have been taken to Mankin Mansion. Multiple shuttles will be running to ensure all guests arrive at cocktail hour. If you miss the shuttle or the shuttle is late, please speak with the front desk of the Double Tree hotel. Travel from Mankin Mansion to the hotel (post reception): One shuttle will begin taking guests back to the hotel at 10pm. After the grand exit of the wedding couple at 11pm (the official end of the evening), all shuttles will be running to bring guests back to the Double Tree hotel. Shuttles will continue making rounds until all guests waiting for the shuttle have been taken back to the Double Tree Hotel.

The "View" button below will take you to the Depue-Mullican Wedding Hotel Block. Please select "edit stay" at the top to adjust number of guests and nights. You must book by November 1 in order to take advantage of the hotel block rate. If you have any issues booking with the hotel block rate before November 1, please contact Meghan or Jake. There will be a free shuttle between the reception and the hotel the evening of the wedding. See further information under "Free Reception Shuttle" above.

The Quirk hotel is a great option if you would prefer to stay closer to downtown Richmond.
Flight
Richmond International Airport
Richmond International Airport is very close to the venue. The Doubletree and the Hilton Garden (linked above) provide free shuttles to and from the airport.
Train
Richmond Staples Mill Road Amtrak Station
While Richmond Main Street Station is the closer Amtrak station to the reception venue, we recommend traveling to the Richmond Staples Mill Road station and taking an Uber to your final destination.
