There will be a complimentary Shuttle driving from The GrandStay Hotel and the Best Western Plus, to the wedding venue, Pinewood. There will be two times the shuttle will pick you up at the GrandStay before the ceremony and one pick-up time at the Best Western. Due to the 4 pm check-in time at The Best Western, we suggest that guests drive to the wedding venue and arrive at 4 pm. After the ceremony, guests can drive their vehicle to their hotel to drop off their items and check in before the shuttle returns them to the wedding venue, Pinewood. The shuttle time from the Best Western back to the venue will be 5:30 pm. Listed below is the shuttle timeline to help you better plan for safe and easy transportation!
