We recommend you please arrive around 4 pm so we can get everyone seated. We ask guests to remember to plan for travel and shuttle time. If you are staying in Cambridge Saturday night, we suggest staying at the GrandStay Hotel due to it being closer to the venue, having an earlier check-in time, and its more affordable cost.
We have addressed the invitations to the people we would love to come. If you received a plus one, they would appear under your name when you RSVP. Please ensure you are RSVPing for yourself & your guest. Due to limited space, we can only accommodate those guests formally invited on your wedding invitation. Thanks for understanding.

Although we love your little ones, we respectfully ask that you only bring children if addressed on the invitations.
The ceremony and the reception will take place at the same venue. Our ceremony will be held outdoors, weather permitting. The reception will be held indoors. If need be, there is a ceremony room indoors that will be available for us to use due to rain.
Once the ceremony concludes, an open bar Cocktail hour with appetizers will immediately proceed.
There will be a complementary Shuttle driving from The GrandStay Hotel and the Best Western Plus, to the wedding venue, Pinewood. Due to the 4 pm check-in time for the Best Western, the shuttle will offer a check-in ride during cocktail hour. The Shuttle timeline below is to help you better plan for safe and easy transportation! Guests are welcome to join us at a local dive bar in Cambridge, where there will be arcade games, a pool, and Karaoke! The bar is called Sidelines Sports Grill. There will be a shuttle at 12:15 am and 12:45 am to pick up individuals at the end of the night and return them to their hotels. The bar close is at 1 am.
Yes, you may! Please be sure to pick up your vehicle in the morning before 12pm if you do decide to leave it overnight.
