Aside from the flower girl, Jake and Kristen will not be having any children under the age of 10 at their wedding. Yes, the venue has a very big parking lot, there should be more than enough space for everyone. Also, the ceremony and the reception are at the same place, so no need for traveling in between!
The starting shuttle will run from 3:30pm-5:30pm The ending shuttle will run from 9:30pm-11:30pm
Doors open at 5:00pm. The ceremony itself will be starting at 5:30pm. This will allow time for parking, finding your seat, and to say hello to the people you know. If for some reason you arrive after 5:30pm, Jake and Kristen ask that you please wait in the lobby area to ensure that there are no disruptions.
Yes, the cocktail hour will follow the ceremony and will go from 6:00pm-7:00pm. This will allow Jake and Kristen time to take pictures together as a newly married couple.
The wedding reception will go until 11:00pm. However, Jake and Kristen will be continuing the festivities at the Radisson for those who will be staying overnight.
Yes, the father of the bride likes to keep his people happy. Jake and Kristen do ask that you please drink responsibly though, and have a safe way to get back home if you aren't staying at the hotel.
Jake and Kristen ask that you please don't have your phone out during the entire ceremony and to be mindful of the photographers. They would like for you to live in the moment with them rather than watch through the screen. During the cocktail hour and reception, you are free to take as many pictures as you would like.
