Hi all!
The following is an outline of the day's schedule. The ceremony start time (4:30pm) is set, as are the bus times. However, the night is meant to be fun, so there is no strict time schedule, therefore the times for the rest of the night's events are estimates. Remember - if you are camping please arrive with enough time to set up tents BEFORE the ceremony begins. Thanks so much and we look forward to spending our special night with YOU!
3:00pm - Bus 1 leaves Best Western
3:15 -3:30 - Bus 1 leaves Country Inn and Suites
3:15 -3:30 - Bus 2 leaves Country Inn and Suites
4:30pm - Wedding Ceremony starts (please be ready and in your seats at this time)
5:00pm - Cocktail hour and lawn games
6:00pm - Take seats for dinner, dinner service will begin shortly
6:30-8:00pm - Eat, Drink and we'll be married! Enjoy good food and good company, family/friend speeches will run throughout dinner and dessert
8:00pm - Let's PARTY!
12:00am - Bus 1 leaves venue
1:30am - Bus 2 leaves venue
