4:30 pm - 9:00 pm
Swim trunks, hiking shorts, fishing waders...and the more mud, the better!
Hyalite is a beautiful canyon about 20 miles from Bozeman. It features endless opportunities for outdoor recreation. We encourage folks to plan an adventure during the day and meet up at the pavilion afterwards for a drink, casual grub and a fire. We'll bring kayaks and encourage local friends to bring any boats they may have! Traveling friends--consider renting a paddle board, fishing gear, or whatever you want! We are happy to help plan hikes, too! There are options for hikers of all abilities, including some beautiful short waterfall hikes (also tough peaks to bag, if that's your thing)! Don't forget water, hiking shoes and bear spray (we will have extra bear spray if anyone needs it). There is a vault toilet and plenty of parking. Please note there is no cell service in the Canyon. From Main St in Bozeman, travel south on 19th Ave for 7 miles to Hyalite Canyon Rd. Turn left and go 9 miles to the Hyalite Day Use parking area. The Pavilion is at the far end of parking area.
3:45 pm - 11:15 pm
We are offering a shuttle bus from downtown Livingston to the venue. Please consider this option, as the drive to the venue can be confusing. The shuttle will leave the Livingston Depot at 3:45 PM, and will leave the venue to return folks to the Depot at 10 PM and after the party ends (~11:15 PM). We hope folks will consider leaving their cars at the venue and taking the shuttle home instead of driving after having a few! You can chat with the driver about potentially being dropped off at your airbnb or hotel in Livingston. There will also be a shuttle picking folks up from Pray in Paradise Valley at 4:40. If you are staying in the valley, please catch the shuttle at 10 Pray Rd at 4:40. The Paradise Valley shuttle will be on the late bus back from the venue. You're either on the bus, or you're off the bus!

Look nice. If you despise a certain aspect of traditional nice attire (i.e. if the idea of wearing a tie makes you queasy or something), we don't really care if you skip it. It will likely be very warm during the day, and then cool off quite a bit at night. You will be walking short distances outside, so consider shoes accordingly. Also be prepared for the legendary Livingston winds!
