How will COVID-19 impact celebrations?

Answer

We will be monitoring the situation closely and follow local guidelines as information becomes available. For the safety and comfort of all our guests and loved ones, we respectfully request that all guests who are not vaccinated take a COVID test the morning of the wedding. Following a positive test, we kindly ask that you stay home to protect other guests from getting exposed. Please check back here for updates!

When should I RSVP?

Answer

RSVPs will open in the summer when we send out formal invitations. Please RSVP no later than September 1, 2022!

Can I bring a date?

Answer

If your invitation doesn’t include “and guest” please do not bring one.

I have a food allergy, can I make a special request?

Answer

Yes! Please select “dietary restrictions” on the food menu and indicate what allergies or diet you follow.

Do you have any hotel suggestions?

Answer

Are children welcome?

Answer

We are limiting children to those in the wedding and respectfully ask that you leave your children at home!

Is there a dress code?

Answer

Please follow formal attire: floor or tea-length dresses, dressy jumpsuits, and dark jackets and slacks or suits. Please no white clothing, daytime dresses, or jeans.

Are there any colors guests should avoid wearing?

Answer

We kindly ask that you avoid colors that are traditionally reserved for the bride- whites, ivories, nudes, and creams.

Answer

Is there transportation to and from the hotels to the venue?

Answer

We will not be providing transportation to and from the venue. We have provided a link to a local taxi service on our website on the travel page.

Is there parking for the ceremony and reception?

Answer

There is a large parking lot on site, please be responsible (if drinking) and carpool if possible.

Question

What time should I arrive at the ceremony?

Answer

The ceremony will start promptly at 4:30PM. Please note that if you arrive late, you will be asked to wait in the cocktail area until the ceremony has ended so as to not interfere with our photographers and videographers. Additionally, we kindly ask that you do not arrive any earlier than 30 minutes prior to the start of the ceremony.

Is it okay to take pictures with our own phones and cameras during the wedding?

Answer

We are having an “unplugged” ceremony. We kindly ask that all phones and devices be turned off and put away during the ceremony. However, please feel free to take as many pictures as you would like during the reception!
