Hollywood Beach Broadwalk
Nestled between Miami and Ft. Lauderdale, Hollywood, Florida is known for its beautiful stretch of beach, perfect for a beach vacation. The Hollywood Beach Broadwalk is a promenade that stretches nearly 2.5 miles along the Atlantic Ocean. Named one of America's Best Beach Boardwalks by Travel + Leisure magazine, this brick-paved thoroughfare hosts pedestrians, joggers, bicyclists, rollerbladers, and millions of visitors every year. You can find unique shopping, beachfront restaurants and bars along Hollywood's Broadwalk, in addition to yearlong activities, water sports, and live music. There is public parking available and if coming by Uber/Lyft/Taxi can put in the address for the Margaritaville Hollywood Beach Resort. Additionally, you can rent bikes to ride along the broadwalk including multi-person surreys.
Sunny Isles Beach
Sunny Isles beach is the closest public access beach to the venue/hotels - Make sure to pack your bathing suits and bring your sunscreen!
Oleta River State Park
Canoeing, kayaking and paddleboarding are popular at Oleta, enjoying the calm waters of Biscayne Bay while adventuring through mangrove trails or paddling on the Oleta River.

Wynwood Walls
A must-see for art lovers (and Instagram lovers too!). This colorful open-air museum showcases massive street murals and creative graffiti by artists from around the world. Wander through the galleries, grab a coffee or cocktail at one of the trendy spots nearby, and enjoy.
Downtown Miami - Bayfront Park
Enjoy a boat ride to Star-Island to see the houses of the rich and famous. Check out the Frost Museum of Science and the Perez Art Museum Miami (PAMM). Downtown Miami has lots of art, culture, and entertainment. Check out the Wynwood Walls, Miami Design District, Brickell, or even drive down the Rickenbacker Causeway to Key Biscayne.
Lincoln Road - South Beach
A lively pedestrian street in the heart of South Beach, lined with shops, outdoor cafés, and galleries. Perfect for strolling, people-watching, and enjoying an al fresco meal under the palm trees. Walking distance from the beach & full of Art Deco architecture. You can also set sail on the popular Miami Duck Tour which takes you through Miami and South Beach in an amphibious vehicle, or duck boat. The 90-minute Miami South Beach Duck Tours will take you through Miami’s incredible Art Deco architectural wonders before diving into the beautiful Biscayne Bay.
Jaxson's Ice Cream Parlor & Restaurant
One of Jackie's favorite spots from growing up. Jaxson's is a popular ice cream parlor and restaurant founded in 1956 by Monroe Udell and is a South Florida institution. Serving up ice cream made the old-fashioned way (definitely recommend the hot fudge!). All 50+ ice cream flavors and toppings, even soft drink syrups, are made daily at the ice cream parlor. The decor is unique, featuring a huge assortment of antiques & vintage decorations including an incredible license plate collection.
Seminole Hard Rock Hotel & Casino Hollywood, FL
Featuring the Hard Rock Cafe along with many restaurants, bars, shops, and casino. The Guitar Hotel Light Show is a daily spectacular featuring a series of orchestrated outdoor music and lights showcasing the LED lights built into all sides of the brand-new and immaculate The Guitar Hotel. The lights are programmed to change color and intensity and are choreographed to different songs. Six high-powered beams of light accentuate the production by projecting at least 20,000 feet into the sky. The six lights mimic the strings of an imaginary guitar neck.
Broward Center for the Performing Arts
Catch a Broadway Series Show at the Broward Center of Performing Arts. Buena Vista Social Club and Come From Away are both playing this weekend! Las Olas Boulevard
Downtown Ft. Lauderdale offers a lot of nice shops located near Ft. Lauderdale Beach. Take a nice stroll down Las Olas Blvd or even take a water taxi around town! Known as the “Venice of America,” Fort Lauderdale is best explored from the water. Each water taxi ride is fully narrated with fun facts and local insights—spotting mega yachts, celebrity homes, historic landmarks, and hidden gems along the way.
