Question

When should I RSVP by?

Answer

April 20th. Anyone that does not RSVP by this date will run the risk of not being sat with their shared friends and family as the seating chart will become final.

What time should I arrive at the ceremony?

Answer

4:00 PM. This is an important arrival time to give you plenty of time to walk down to the ceremony space in the meadow (about 400 meters).

Is there a dress code?

Answer

Yes! It is western formal attire. Women: Long or midi dresses. Thick heels or cowgirl boots recommended for uneven terrain. Cowgirl hat is optional. Men: Long pants with pearl snap or button up. Bolo ties and jackets are encouraged (the ladies might get cold at night). Cowboy boots and hat also encouraged. PLEASE DO NOT WEAR BRIGHT COLORS. NO RED.

Are kids welcome?

Answer

While we would love to include absolutely everyone, we would like to keep our celebration as an adult only night. If you are traveling with your kiddos, there is a local babysitter service you can arrange through ‘Field To Forest.’ Where babysitters have undergone a background check, social media screening, and are CPR certified for all ages.

We ask that only those who are included on your invitation and RSVP come to the wedding.

Is there parking for the ceremony or reception?

Answer

Yes! There is parking at the venue. You may also leave your vehicles overnight and pick up the next day if your DD also decides to indulge in the open bar (; There will also be shuttles provided from Downtown Whitefish’s Depot Park. They will DEPART by 3:30 PM sharp, and will run departures after dinner and toasts. If you are staying at a hotel and do not have a rental you can arrange the hotel shuttle to drop you off in downtown between 3:00-3:20 pm. Parking for any rentals is available at Depot Park and throughout downtown for free. The final shuttle will leave at 12:00 AM. We hope you will stay to party with us and have a safe ride back to town!
