June 20th is the day before the summer solstice; it is the longest day of the year. The sun will be out until 10pm and we hope you will dance under the big sky with us as long as your heart desires. Ladies, please wear long dresses. Gentlemen, please wear suits. Western attire such as bolo tie, cowboy hat, cowboy/cowgirl boots encouraged. Outdoor wedding with uneven terrain, we encourage appropriate footwear such as boots or thick heels. Lodging accommodations should be booked as soon as possible due to the wedding being in high tourist season, and we are unable to book room blocks. There will be a shuttle that will depart from Depot Park in Whitefish promptly at 3:30 PM. If you are staying at a hotel and do not have a rental, you can arrange the hotel shuttle to drop you off in downtown. Most offer this service for free. You can also schedule an Uber. There is also plenty of free parking at Depot Park and throughout the downtown area for anyone with cars or rentals that want to use the shuttle. Should you decide to drive, there is parking at the venue as well, and cars can be left overnight if you choose to safely return in the shuttle or Uber.
