What is the weather like in Three Rivers, CA?

Answer

Hot! In late September, the high temp for Three Rivers is about 90 degrees. At night, it may get a bit chilly, so please bring a sweater/ coat.

What should I wear to your wedding?

Answer

Our venue is lovely, but rather rustic. Which means there is no need to arrive "black tie" fancy. You have all been to enough weddings to know how to look amazing. Do that! In regards to footwear, the ground is uneven and wearing stilettos may mean getting stuck in the mud or a twisted ankle... ouch!

Can I bring my kiddos?

Answer

To allow all wedding guests, including parents, a night of relaxation and revelry, we encourage parents with children to find child care for the wedding on Saturday. It will be challenging to have little ones at our venue due to safety concerns and space limitations. If anyone needs help with making arrangements for child care, please let us know and we will do our best to assist. Infants under 12 months welcome.

What should I expect when driving to the wedding venue?

Answer

Cell service is spotty & GPS is often incorrect- PLEASE PRINT THESE DIRECTIONS FOR YOUR DRIVE. Old Three Rivers Dr is one of the first turn-offs to the right as you enter Three Rivers. Turn right here. Once you have turned onto Old Three Rivers Dr, continue up, keep right onto Blossom, & make a right at the 3-way onto South Fork Dr. Redwood Ranch is 7 mi away (approx 20-30 min drive). Slower is better on these one way mountain roads. About 20 minutes up you will see the group of mailboxes that include Redwood Ranch- do not turn here- continue up South Fork. When you see the “Rio Rosa” gate you are almost there, our venue is next. You will see the white pasture fence with a metal Redwood Tree mounted to the right of the gate! Please use the gate code 1933# & drive all the way to the bottom of the drive (do not turn left to the yellow house, do not veer right to the small cabins). Our lovely wedding greeter will be available to show you where to park once you get down the driveway!

Should I carpool?

Answer

Yes please! Space for parking your cars is limited on-site. We ask that you use the shuttle or carpool with a friend(s) so we have a space for your vehicle. If you do not want to drive to our venue, we will be providing a shuttle service to and from our event. More information is posted about the shuttle on the "travel" page of our wedding website.
