Maid of Honor
While Allie and Blaire first crossed paths during their teaching credential program, they truly bonded when they both started teaching at Quail Run Elementary. From planning epic taco parties for their first and fourth-grade classes to attempting to keep 50+ kids engaged on Zoom during the pandemic, teaching together was always an adventure. Go Gaels and Quails!
Brad
Best Man
Brad and Jacob met in 8th Grade Geometry, where their shared love for problem-solving (and making the teacher laugh) forged a lasting friendship. A shared memory they hold dear is topping out Fairview Dome at sunset in Tuolumne – a moment as breathtaking as their adventures together! You’ll easily find Brad on the dance floor – just shout, "Is there a Dr. Perfect in the house?!" and watch the tall ginger-ish man appear.
Annie
Maid of Honor
Annie and Blaire have known each other since the early days at Dublin High School and St. Raymond's. In certain lighting (and a few photos), they look like they could be related – something that worked in Annie’s favor when Blaire turned 21! From spin to yoga, Annie and Blaire have mastered the art of finding workout classes with the best happy hour deals nearby!
Justin

Justin and Jacob became fast friends during their sophomore year of high school. One unforgettable memory is when Justin hosted 15 people in their tiny freshman dorm room to watch "The Office" together! Justin is all about good vibes and can be spotted on the dance floor belting out Queen’s "Don’t Stop Me Now" – their signature karaoke tune!
Cara
Bridesmaid
Cara and Blaire met during their freshman year at Saint Mary’s. Along with Courtney, the trio tried out for the club water polo team. Spoiler alert: they accepted anyone who could swim without drowning, but Cara was undeniably great while Blaire was still figuring out how to toss the ball. Cara is always up for a good time, whether it's lounging on the lawn at Shoreline to watch the Backstreet Boys or fighting preteens for the best spot at a Justin Bieber concert!
Alex
Groomsman
Jacob and Alex’s friendship goes all the way back to Cub Scouts, circa 1998. Among their countless adventures, one standout memory is speeding down Palomares Road at 40 mph with Alex humorously shouting, "NARROW BRIDGE!" – a moment that left them laughing for days. Alex will be on the dance floor, air-guitaring with impressive accuracy while wiggling with his daughter Lyra – always a sight to see!
Courtney
Bridesmaid
Courtney and Blaire’s paths first crossed at SMC, but their only shared class was Biology. Thanks to Courtney’s detailed notes (and maybe a bit of divine intervention), Blaire managed to pass. Courtney is always prepared – whether it's a hot hike at the Lafayette Reservoir or a night of country line dancing, she’s got water and Advil on hand for whatever comes next!
Chris
Groomsman
Chris and Jacob met in their freshman year of college and soon found a shared passion for cycling. One of their most cherished memories is biking down the coast together during their 2015 SF-SLO tour – 80 miles of gorgeous coastline, wind in their hair, and friendship in full gear. If you catch Chris wiggling a finger to the beat on the dance floor, you might also hear a southern drawl sneak into the song – his unique twist on any tune!
Jasmine

Jasmine and Blaire met through Brad and Jacob, but it’s been established time and time again that their friendship would be just as strong without the boys! The two look forward to the weekends when Brad and Jacob are off adventuring in the Sierras because that means sleeping in, hitting craft stores and antique fairs, and snagging some delicious pastries along the way.
Shishir

Shishir and Jacob go way back to first grade, where they bonded over schoolyard games and eventually, late-night movie marathons. One fond memory is of them staying up late, chatting about everything and nothing, while Shishir and Elliot annihilated zombies in round after round of their favorite game. On the dance floor, Shishir will likely be doing hilarious car engine impressions – or engaged in an in-depth conversation with fellow doctors, all while keeping the groove!
Lyra
Flower Girl
We have been privileged to see Lyra grow up from babbling baby to responsible big sister! Lyra's interests include taking care of her brother Lachlan, going to the park, and rock climbing. While Lyra resides in Portland and we only see her every so often, we are excited that Lyra is a part of our big day!
Declan
Ring Bearer
We have enjoyed camping with Declan and his family in Joshua Tree & Pinnacles National Park! Declan's interests include reading books, going to the zoo, and also rock climbing. (Do you see a trend here?!). We have been lucky to see Declan grow up and we are stoked to have him be a part of our wedding party!
Mike
Officiant
We are thrilled to have Mike officiating our wedding! He’s part-teacher, part-coach, and 100% goofball! Jacob has known Mike since their days at Cal High, and he’s been a part of countless fun adventures with the Hill Group. Blaire got to know Mike through their work together in SRVUSD, where he’s always been a reliable friend and the go-to substitute teacher when she needed support in a pinch. Mike somehow manages to put up with both of our separate bouts of antics and chaos, and for that, we are forever grateful!
