Yes. The ceremony is planned to be outdoors. The reception will be held under a tent. In the event of rain... the ceremony will be moved to the tent. **There is grass and uneven terrain throughout the property (rides available as needed)**
We love all of your children, but considering the abundance of littles in our circles, we are requesting that only children in our families attend the events.
Yes, there is parking near the ceremony and reception location. There will also be rangers/golfcarts available to give rides to/from the parking areas if needed. Cars can be left overnight.
Yes, there are a few hotels in the area with special rates. Please refer to the "Travel and Accommodations" page for more information.
There are NO Ubers, Lyfts, or Taxis in this area. There will be a shuttle from the hotels to our property for the ceremony as well as back to the three hotels later on in the evening. Leaving Surestay-Best Western for ceremony at 3:30 Leaving Grandstay for ceremony at 3:50 Leaving Hampton for ceremony at 3:45 Returning to hotels from reception later in the night at 9:30, 10:30 and midnight.
There is no "Bride's side" or "Groom's side." Sit wherever available. There will be open seating at the reception.
Yes. Options for beef, chicken, or vegetarian chili with sides will be offered for supper.
There will be complimentary beer, wine, and seltzers as well as non-alcoholic beverages available.

Yes! The Cors' Campground will be open for the weekend. Please consider :) There will be plenty of space to pitch a tent, or park a camper or fish house! (There are no hookups, however).
