The ceremony BEGINS at 4:30. Shuttle times to get from the hotels to the ceremony. Will leave Surestay- Best Western at 3:30. Will leave Hampton Inn and Suites at 3:45. Will leave Grandstay at 3:50. The dance will be over at 11:30. Shuttles leaving the reception to return to hotels will be at 9:30pm, 10:30pm, and midnight. Feel free to bring a tent/fish house/camper to set up nearby prior to wedding, and you can spend the night!!! There will be parking available on the property (and can leave cars overnight). We love your children, but we have an abundance of incredible littles in our circles. Due to this, we are kindly requesting that only children of family members attend the events if they wish.
4:30 pm - 5:00 pm
Suggested attire is dressy-casual, but we'll take you as you are :). Cowboy/cowgirl boots encouraged!
There will also be rangers/golfcarts to shuttle individuals to/from the parking area and ceremony/reception site for those that need them. Our ceremony is planned for outdoors. Should it rain, the ceremony will be held under the tent in our yard. Of note, there are some areas of uneven terrain throughout the property.
5:00 pm - 6:00 pm
Following the ceremony, guests can head back through the bridge to the large tent in Andrew and Jacki's yard. There will be complimentary beverages (both alcoholic and non-alcoholic).
6:00 pm - 11:30 pm
Dinner will begin at 6:00! It will be a buffet style dinner of a variety of chilis (beef, chicken, and veggie options) as well as other fixins' and sides. Music and dancing will begin 7:15-7:30ish (Jacki is most likely to be found on the dance floor from then on)... A photo booth will also be available from 6:30-9:30, so be ready to smile :) End of night shuttles at 9:30, 10:30, and midnight.
