Travel Note
1. Airbnb is our recommended form of accommodation. There are tons of Airbnb's within 15 minutes of the wedding events. Search for places in: Rimrock, Pioneertown, Yucca Valley, Flamingo Heights, Joshua Tree 2. There is limited cell service in Rimrock. If you are staying in Rimrock, print or screenshot directions to your Airbnb ahead of time. 3. The Rimrock neighborhood does not have food or coffee shops. However, Pioneertown is 5 minutes away with some options, and Yucca Valley is 10 minutes away with plenty more options. If staying in Rimrock, grocery shopping upon arrival is recommended.
Flight
Palm Springs Airport will be the closest airport to the area where the wedding events are held and your best option for getting to and from the wedding weekend. San Diego and Los Angeles are the largest airports nearby, likely with the most flight options, but significantly further away, and we highly encourage you to account for traffic from these two airports. You may find luck looking at options to John Wayne, Ontario, or Long Beach airports, but there are less flight options here. Lastly, if you're up for extending your vacation and a road trip from Vegas, you could rent a car from there and drive to the wedding. Rental Car
Ubers and Lyfts have limited availability in this area, taxis are more popular than rideshare services, and shuttles will be provided to and from the wedding. While it is possible to make the weekend work without a car, we recommend renting a car, especially if you're interested in exploring the area of Joshua Tree.
Shuttle

Our shuttle will run two times prior to the wedding ceremony and 2 times following the reception with stops in Pioneertown and Yucca Valley. We will base the stops on the location of the Airbnb's where our guests are staying, so please don't forget to send us your lodging address once you've booked it. Pickup points will likely be at the Best Western in Yucca Valley and the Pioneertown Motel in Pioneertown (again, pending where our guests are staying). For transportation to the wedding, the shuttle will start in Yucca Valley at 3:00 PM, with a pickup in Pioneertown around 3:15 PM and circle back again near 3:30 PM for any stragglers. For transportation home, the first shuttle will leave the property at 10 PM and the second shuttle at 11 PM. All guests that do not reside on the property will have to depart by 11 PM. We are only allowed to park 50 vehicles on the property so carpooling is recommended if you are driving.
House Or Rental
The area provides an overflow of charming Airbnb options for our guests. We understand that not everyone is comfortable with this type of accommodation, but we highly recommend considering this option as it will provide the true desert experience. There are a wide variety of options including very modern homes, to more rustic vibes, some with with airstreams, trailers, or tipis. We have put together a list of places to stay within 15 minutes of the wedding events. We recommend searching in Rimrock, Pioneertown, Yucca Valley, Flamingo Heights, and Joshua Tree. We are happy to help with this process, again knowing that not everyone is familiar with it. We're also happy to help set you up with other guests to fill a house that you're interested in. We recommend booking early as places book up quickly. Please let us know when you have booked a place so we can keep track of where everyone will be located.
Hotel
Don't let the word "motel" fool you. This motel provides high-end rooms right in the heart of Pioneertown on Mane Street. It is next door to where we'll be gathering for the welcome party. Beware that the rooms are a bit pricey and they do not allow for room block discounts because they fill up every weekend without needing a discount.

For those guests that are not comfortable with or do not prefer the Airbnb experience, we have reserved a small block of rooms at the Best Western. Unfortunately, you cannot get the block rate online, you must call and mention the Jackson/Restelli Wedding. We are currently offering rooms with 1 King, or rooms with 2 Doubles. If you see a room type on the website you prefer, we can get those added to the block, just let me know!
Hotel
Again, for those guests not interested in or comfortable with the Airbnb experience, you could also look into any of the upscale resorts in Palm Springs. These can range from 30-45 minutes away from the wedding venue, but it is a world renowned destination for golf, resorts, spas, and of course the infamous Coachella festival.
