Welcome Drinks

7:00 pm

The wedding party will be heading out for drinks after rehearsing for the big day! We've reserved the outdoor space at the Red Dog Saloon right in the heart of Pioneertown (likely walking distance if you're staying in Pioneertown). We would love to see you all there if you are in town Thursday night and welcome you to the desert! Tacos (Cinco de Mayo) and drinks will be provided. While most of the wedding party will likely leave at a reasonable time to get a good night's sleep, the bar is open until midnight, so feel free to stay as long as you like. Note - the drinks will not be free all night :). Attire: This event is very casual. Boots recommended over stilettos for women (as is the case for the whole weekend) as the ground is dirt. Note - the wedding party will be coming from the rehearsal and dressed a little nicer, but don't feel obligated to dress up. Also, it gets chilly at night, so please bring a layers if you plan to stay after the sun sets.

Wedding Ceremony & Reception

3:30 pm - 10:00 pm

We can't wait to say our vows with all our loved ones present on this magical property. We'll go from the ceremony, to cocktail hour, to dinner and dancing all on the 11-acre property of Rimrock Ranch. Cocktail hour will include light appetizers, and dinner will be served around 5:30 PM. Note that the ranch does not have cell service, so if you are not taking the shuttle, please note the directions ahead of time. The directions are very simple and the ranch is easy to find, but you may not be able to use your apps once arriving in the Rimrock area. Don't worry, there is a landline on the ranch if needed for emergencies, or the wifi password can be provided if needed.

Day After Party

3:00 pm - 7:00 pm

Join us again for another party at Rimrock Ranch. Please come by the property on Saturday at any point from 3-7 PM for a day after party. We'll have yard games, a taco truck will be on site, and drinks will be served. Depending on the weather, the cowboy pool may be open for a swim! Come for a taco or stay the whole time, whatever your schedule permits. We can mosey over to Pappy and Harriett's or elsewhere to keep the party going after if anyone has any energy left at that point. Please let us know if you plan to attend so we know how much food to have. Check out the "Things to Do" page for recommendations for the morning before the event starts. Attire: This event is very casual. T shirts and jeans are welcome. Think backyard barbecue.
