Maid of Honor
Ashley and I have also known each other since high school. We have been on our fair share of adventures from London/Oxford and Spain to driving down PCH singing and dancing to music (still remember blowing the speakers in your car). Never a shortage of wine drinking, Fidels patios and late night beach adventures. When I decided to uproot life in Carlsbad and move to Seattle, Ashley hopped in the car and dropped me off on my new adventure.
Matron of Honor
Kate and I have known each other since the high school water polo days. I am the adopted blonde middle Herrick. We have traveled, been roommates, laughed and maintained (and in some cases didn't maintain) the buzz. Wolfpack for life.
Bridesmaid
Ronda and I met playing water polo at Chapman. We actually sat next to each other during Spanish class where I would walk in with a wet head after morning practice and sleep through most of class (we never talked during class even though I noticed several times that she had a Canyon water polo jacket on). The following year Ronda would walk onto the pool deck and we would become instant friends over some smart aleck comments by me.
Bridesmaid
Sarah and I met during our internships at EY. We bonded over our love of international travel, although ironically haven't actually traveled with each other (does Canada even count?). We have been able to visit one another in our respective cities over the years (San Diego, OC, New York, SF and Seattle) maximizing the meals in each city and spending countless hours sharing and researching places to eat for our upcoming trips which typically resulted in a longer list of restaurants than meals available during the long weekend.
Best Man
Meet Fred, my brother. He comes from a long line of Fred's. He is currently training his backup, Freddie, while supplying an organic contribution to the avocado pipeline. Fred and I have been through countless endeavors together. Fred is a passionate and multi-talented dude specializing in making it work. He has always been a loyal ally growing up, he always took pride at putting his weight on my shoulders while practicing treading water, we often practiced dodging paintballs and waterballoons, and he was always eager to help me practice how to rescue his Jeep from the soggy bottom river monsters.
Groomsman
Cliff and I go back to playing math games in elementary school, meeting Mable P. Sumpter and all. Cliff and I started building our friendship in mastering the tetherball courts, and continued to escalate competition in sport, academics, and searching for some sort of wooden spoon. Cliff is a fiercely competitive and multi-talented dude, who doubles as a one-man band.
Groomsman
Andrey was probably a race car driver in a previous life; he is a fun loving, Wodka drinking, friend of mine since somewhere between 7th grade computer class and witnessing his waterpolo prowess. Andrey is a uniquely bold and multitalented Ukranian dude with an eager and helpful spirit. Shenanigans
Groomsman
Mario is Jennifer's older brother and though we were unsuccessful in ski lessons, he naturally gravitated back towards snowboarding, we have enjoyed driving RC cars, camping at Bumping Lake, exploring Northwest restaurants, walking Lili and some amazing meals prepared by Mario. An amazing chef with a passion for cooking, he always brings something delicious to the table.
