Solitude Mountain Resort is a 30-45 minute drive from SLC Airport. Uber/Lyft: For those of you not renting vehicles, the easiest commute to Solitude is an Uber or Lyft. Please be aware, if it is snowing in the mountains you will need to request an Uber or Lyft XL to get to the resort. Car Rentals: Salt Lake City has a large selection of car rentals. Please only reserve AWD/4WD SUVs as you will be driving in the mountains and conditions can vary. Transportation Services: You can book transportation service rides to and from the airport.
