Once you are on the phone with a Guest Agent, Please notify the Guest Agent the name of the group block ( Jackson24) Along with the dates of your stay. From there, the Guest Agent will be able to access the Block with the selected room types and rates. To make your reservation online you will visit (PASTE WEBLINK) . Once you arrive at the Custom Website for your group, you will see dates preset in the arrival and departure dates. Change these dates to your desired check in and out date. Once you have picked your dates you will see the available room types and rates, Please follow the prompts to select your desired room types and complete the billing information.
