Cocktail Reception

6:00 pm - 10:00 pm

Attire: Friday night mountain casual - anything from jeans to cocktail!

Notes: This is a cocktail reception for all invited guests. Driving to the venue is strongly discouraged. Transportation will be provided to and from the Doubletree, the Montage, and Victory Ranch. Buses will pick-up guests at 5:15 pm. Return buses will begin leaving the venue at 8:30 pm and run until the end of the event.

Renewal of Vows

4:30 pm - 11:00 pm

Attire: Cocktail but with sensible footwear. No heels! The ceremony is on a lawn. Please bring a fleece - it gets cold once the sun goes down.

Notes: Transportation will be provided to and from the Double Tree and the Montage. Buses will leave each hotel at 3:30 pm and 3:40 pm. Buses will depart the venue starting at 9:00 pm and will leave every half hour thereafter.
